The most interesting places located a short distance from this prestigious Lanciola winery include: Florence, a full-fledged open air museum, the wonderful Charterhouse Monastery near Florence, Greve in Chianti, the "gateway to Chianti" famous for its excellent gourmet product and San Gimignano, a town on the Unesco World Heritage List.

All around the fourteenth century complex are many pretty medieval towns where traditional country fairs and festivals are held where guests can taste the very fresh seasonal products grown in the area.

The Farmhouse

In the heart of Impruneta, a short distance from Florence, lies a splendid fourteenth century complex which houses the prestigious Azienda Agricola Lanciola and old typically Tuscan houses which have been renovated to offer accommodations to visitors from all over the world.

The Lanciola apartments are elegant and refined but warm and inviting at the same time: ideal for a stay together with the entire family to discover the artistic and natural wonders of this extraordinary land.

From this year, for our guests, it is possible to organize dinners and tastings of our wines at the Lanciola Winery. The price is € 25 per person. Please welcome with a reservation 24 hours in advance.

A stay characterized by art and nature but also wine and food, thanks to the winery's proven track record in wine making guests can taste the most famous wines of Tuscany. The complex includes the large Ricci villa, built around 1600 by the Riccis, a noble Florentine family, and the vast garden where flourishing fruit trees grow and where a lovely swimming pool is situated, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days.

The agritourism apartments have been built from old houses which are part of the large fourteenth century Azienda Agricola Lanciola complex. The restoration work was done completely respecting the original structure, creating a perfect balance between tradition and the most modern comforts to offer all of the Tuscan charm and hospitality and top quality services.

The apartments are all very spacious, ranging from 70 to 120 sq. m., and are furnished with a warm and elegant style: floors in terra cotta tiles, exposed beams, fireplace, wooden furniture and all types of comforts.

A large garden surrounds the apartments where fruit trees and blooming bushes grow and where there is a wonderful swimming pool available for guests to use.

Directions By car From the Firenze Certosa freeway exit head towards Florence (Firenze). After 2 km, in Galluzzo, turn right at the traffic light and head towards Impruneta - Pozzolatico: the winery is around 3 km away, in Via Impruneta per Pozzolatico at numbers 216/218.  Each apartment has air conditioning and heating.

The apartments are equipped with sheets and towels. The kitchenette has plates, glasses, pots and silverware. The bathrooms are large and have been recently remodeled, with a bathtub or shower and hair dryer.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is composed of a living room which sleeps two, a large kitchen, two double bedrooms of different dimensions with closets and a bathroom with tub.

LA TORRE - Apartment Up to 6 people

The apartment is situated on two floors and has a lovely terrace with 360 degree view of the surrounding countryside. The first floor contains a large living room/dining room which sleeps two, fireplace and kitchenette. The upper floor has a large bedroom with 4 beds and the terrace.

IL POZZO - Apartment Up to 5 people

This ground floor apartment overlooks the Borgo de' Ricci. It is composed of a large living room which sleeps two, a pretty large kitchen, a bedroom with three beds and large closet and bathroom with shower.

I RICCI - Apartment Up to 6 people

The living area is composed of a large living room which sleeps two and a big fireplace with coat-of-arms, a raised kitchen with Dutch door overlooking the garden and a traditional tavern in the basement. The bedroom area is separate from the rest of the house. It is composed of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

LA CORTE - Apartment Up to 6 people

The apartment overlooks the internal courtyard of Borgo de' Ricci and is composed of a large living room with double sofa bed, dining room table and open kitchen, two large double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
