Location

The apartments are set in Florence in via Alamanni, a road connecting the ring-avenues with the railways station Santa Maria Novella,that is less than five minutes far from the apartments by foot . The location is very convenient since it allows both to reach the city centre by foot ( Dome Square is at 15 minutes of walking distance) and to easily reach the main bus lines and rail transports, so that the location is ideal for visiting Florence and its famous outskirts . The presence ,close to the apartments, of numerous car rental companies allows to rent a car for one or two days, without problems of parking . For visitors coming by car it is available the large underground parking lot of Piazza Stazione. In the building's basement it's available one car space .Price : 25 x day /150 x week /210 x month   Close to the apartments are set many shops and facilities and one well-stocked supermarket .

The apartments

The apartments are set at the third level of a recent building with elevator, porter service and safety gate . They are set on the same floor contiguously. They both are well furnished and decorated in modern and elegant style with all comforts . The apartments can be let together for numerous families or groups for a number of 6+4 sleeps .

Yellow apartment : It is the largest one : it has a double bedroom and one two single beds bedroom (joinable on request) ; one livingroom with double sofa bed and dining area with kitchenette . Bathroom with shower stall. The bedrooms are placed on the back facing the gardens with no problem of noisiness . The apartment is about 70 sq.mtrs. wide and it has got 4+2 sleeps .

Green apartment : It is the smallest one : it has a double bedroom and one livingroom with double sofa bed and dining area with kitchenette . Bathroom with shower stall. The bedroom is placed on the back facing the gardens with no problem of noisiness . The apartment is about 50 sq.mtrs. wide and it has got 2+2 sleeps .
