The Place

The apartment is set in Florence in Largo Alinari, very close to the Railway Station Santa Maria Novella . The location is perfect for visitors of the Congress Palace and the Da Basso Fortress,both reachable by foot in five minutes . At short distance is the Central Market of San Lorenzo with its famous outdoor stalls : from here the Duomo as wells as the historical center can be reached in 5 minutes walking distance .Moreover, the apartment is very near the city bus lines which can lead you to the main destinations of the town and to the outskirts . The area is full of shops and facilities,including the presence of numerous private garages and the underground public parking lot . You can reach the apartment by car for unloading but it’s forbidden to park the car .

The apartment

It is on the second floor (no elevator) of a 19th-century palace . It is very bright and well furnished with decorations on the ceilings and parquet in every room . It consists of a small entrance which leads to a living room with sofa bed,dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette . On the back , facing the courtyard, open two bedrooms : one is double,the other is single . Next a bathroom with shower and washer . The apartment is about 60 sq.meters large and accommodates 3+2 .
