The place

The apartment is set in Florence in the Belfiore Avenue close to Porta al Prato,at 10 minutes of walking distance, and to the Cascine Park . Very near the Railway Station Santa Maria Novella,the Exhibition Center of the Da Basso Fortress and the Leopolda Station,venue of numerous cultural events . The historical center is reachable from here in 10-15 minutes walking The area is well served by public transportations and it is full of shops and facilities of all sort . The apartment is set out of the restricted area so it’s easily reachable by car .

The apartment

The apartment, recently restored and well furnished in modern style is very comfortable and silent with soundproofing glasses . On the back the living room overlooks the gardens with a view over the domes of San Lorenzo and Santa Maria del Fiore . Set on the third floor (no elevator) of an elegant building dated back to the beginning of the XX century, the apartment is such formed :

Main floor : entrance,large room shared in two spaces : dining room with a panoramic balcony and fully equipped kitchenette placed on the back and living room with sofas and TV . Two double bedrooms,one with bathroom and shower, the other with two single beds, and one single bedroom . Small storage with washer and wash basin .

Upper floor : access with double sofa bed and double bedroom with bathroom and bath tub .

The apartment is 140 sq.meters large and accommodates up to 10 people . It’s possible to rent only the main floor or the entire apartment in case of groups or numerous families .
