The Place

The apartment is set in Florence in Via dell’Oriuolo at few steps from the Cathedral . The building is entirely independent and it’s placed in the internal garden of an elegant palace . All the rooms overlook a wide and bright garden in grotesque style which belongs on one hand to the apartment (90 square meters) on the other to the building . It is very close to the main museums and art places of Florence as well as to the Railway Station Santa Maria Novella which is reachable in about 10 minutes of walking distance . Paying car park at a private garage in front of the apartment .

The apartment

From the main entrance of the building we get in the garden through an elegant gate and from here directly to the apartment . The building dates back to the XVII century and it is immersed in a complete silence. The apartment is such formed : Ground floor : living room with a decorated ceiling, large fully equipped kitchen, two small storages . Through an ancient stone staircase we go upstairs where we find one double bedroom with an “en-suite” bathroom with shower and one two single beds bedroom (joinable by request) . Centrally open one second bathroom with washbasin and W.C. Old “ cotto “ floor in Florentine style . Ideal for a couple with children or two couples . 

How to reach us : From the airport of Florence : Take the shuttle which leads to the Station Square .From here go on by foot (10 minutes walking) or taking a bus (C2 line –get off at the fourth stop ) or taking a taxi .

By car : The apartment is set in a pedestrian area : the admission with the car is not allowed unless you have booked a car space in one of the private garages standing nearby .
