The Place

The apartment is set in Florence in Via del Corno close to the Bargello Palace and Signoria square . Immersed in full center from here it’s possible to reach by foot all the famous art places of Forence as the Duomo,Piazza Santa Croce and the Old Bridge. In Via De’Neri,at two minutes walking distance,numerous restaurants ,shops and a well stocked minimarket are placed . Several electric shuttles run in the vicinity towards the main neighbourhoods of the town and other destinations and to the Railway Station of Santa Maria Novella . The area is closed to traffic and it’s not allowed to get in with the car unless one has booked a car place in one of the numerous private garages standing around .

The apartment

It is set on the first floor ( with no elevator) of an ancient palace . It is very well furnished and provided with all comforts . It is such formed : in front of the apartment is set a large patio leading to a panoramic terrace. Inside : entrance with next a small storage with washing machine . Large dining room with frescoes on the walls and fully equipped kitchenette set on the back . Large living room with high screen satellite TV + Dvd reader and sofas . Two double bedrooms and a small single bedroom (which serves as study) . Two bathrooms : one is with shower, the other with bathtub . The apartment is 140 sq.meters and accomodates five people .
