Location

The apartment is set in Florence in Via Carducci,in the Piazza D’Azeglio area, at short distance from Piazza Beccaria and Sant’Ambrogio Market . The location allows to reach by foot the historical centre (Santa Croce square is at 10 minutes walking distance) and the apartment is easily reachable by car from the avenues surrounding the city centre, parking the car at the underground parking lot in Piazza Ghiberti .

The neighbourhood is very lively and vivacious : Sant’Ambrogio Market is a throbbing with life place with its stalls of fruits and vegetables outdoors and the other general foods indoors , in the old typical building . Piazza dei Ciompi, once seat of the fish market and now seat of the flea market . A lot of small shops,typical restaurants and artisan workshops give the place a pleasant ambience to be entirely discovered . Close to the apartment lies Piazza D’Azeglio ,surrounded by elegant buildings dated back to the beginning of the XX° century : it is an important “green lung” put inside one of the most elegant quarters of the city.

The apartment

Set on the 3rd floor with elevator of a nice building in the middle of Via Carducci ,the apartment consists of an entrance from which one gets in a large panoramic terrace with an impressive view over the jewish synagogue and the towers of the historical centre. The terrace is equipped with table,chairs and deckchairs for dining and relaxing. On the two sides a long passageway leads to two double bedrooms ( with single beds on request) next to which open two spacious bathrooms with shower and bath tub. A large equipped kitchen with a balcony and dining table stands on the right side ,one fine livingroom with sofas,armchairs and TV on the left side . The apartment is about 100 sq. meters large and accommodates 4 people + one or two added beds in the living room by request . Ideal for numerous families or group of friends.
