The Place

The Oltrarno, or San Frediano, is the whole area south of the River Arno. Historically the area was added to the growing city centre at the end of the 1100s in order to include all the artisans' activities that more and more were becoming vital for the economy of Florence . At the end of the 1300s, Florence was divided in several “Quartieri” each taking the name by the closest church.

The famous church of “Santo Spirito” gave the name to the southern community of Florence. Today most of the flavors of the artisan atmosphere and style are still preserved thanks to our artisans who pass on generation by generation their knowledge and their crafts. This flat distances only a few steps from “Piazza del Carmine” and the famous “Brancacci Chapel”. You will also easily reach Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Pitti, Piazza Santo Spirito.

Apartment highlights

This comfortable and cosy flat offers a stay for up to four (4) people. Sleeps are available in the double bedroom and two (2) extra sleeps are available on the sofa bed in the living room. Peculiarities of this apartment are a beautiful view onto a garden right off the living room and its quietness and peacefulness. This place is suitable for Holiday renters.

Hallway

The apartment's entrance is a nice hallway that gives you views of the whole apartment. Long horizontal boards have been chosen for the hardwood floor. This gives the apartment a very charming and comfortable style.

Bedroom

Off to the right of the entrance, there is the double bedroom. This is large and comfortable room with simple decorations and nice curtains. The big closet offers all the necessary room for your personal belongings. The room has a window overlooking the typical Italian roofs. This window does not face the street so again, no noise of any kind will come to your ears.

Bathroom

Second door to your right is the bathroom. It features a bathtub with a stand-up shower. Here we have tried to give the best in fresh taste and colourful tiling decoration. The tiling colours are purple, just as our Florentine soccer team.

Living Area

The living area offers two extra sleeping spaces with the sofa bed that, in size, is just about a king-size bed. If you are coming with your kids, maybe choosing a 2 + 2 apartment might be a very convenient way: the sleep will be just as good as a regular bed and the money in your wallet will still be enough to spend on shopping.

Kitchen

The kitchen corner is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, freezer, an American coffee maker, and all the cooking tools you would have at home., Making yourself a breakfast or a meal will be absolutely fast and easy.
