The Place

The holiday house Le Rose is in Impruneta at the hamlet Fabbiolle, a small village about two km. far from the town center . Set in a hilly position the Holiday house is immersed in the typical olive groves of the Impruneta landscape with a panoramic view over the City of Florence and the charming hills of this area which is the beginning of the florentine Chianti .

The location is a strategic point for visiting Florence and its surroundings : easy to reach from the A.1 Highway ( Firenze Certosa exit at 6 km.) the location allows to reach Florence in about half an hour (12 km) using the car or the public transportations . At short distance you can take the freeway to Siena (6 km) towards several famous destinations as Certaldo,SanGimignano, Volterra and Montalcino . Furthermore Impruneta is the starting point for excursions into the Chianti Classico area (Greve,Radda,Castellina) discovering its famous castles,ancient churches and medieval villages and the numerous cellars where you will be able to enjoy the best aged red wine .

The closeness to the center of Impruneta will enable you to spend some nice night in the village square , famous , in addition to its basilica, even for the coolness of its climate enjoyable even in full summer ; here you will able to find excellent restaurants offering the best dishes of the tuscan cooking together with vintage wines of the best tradition .

The Holiday house

The house is set in the middle of a small,quiet and secluded village placed in a panoramic position : on the back open a large terrace facing the hills,normally used as solarium by day and as living-dining area by night . In front of the house open a large shady garden,ideal for relaxing .

On a side of the garden it has been made a car space ,for not letting the car unattended . At the entrance open a diningroom with a kitchenette where it has been placed a comfortable french double sofa bed . From this area you enter a double bedroom and , opposite, a comfortable bathroom with shower . The house is about 40 sq.meters and accommodates 2+2 . Ideal for a couple with two children .
