The place

The Holiday House is immersed in the pleasant country of San Donato in Collina,9 km.far from the Bagno a Ripoli village,south-east of Florence . Easily reachable from the A.1 Highway (exit Firenze Sud or Firenze Incisa) the resort is at about 12 km. from Florence and it is set in a strategic position for visiting the Chianti and the Valdarno areas .

Placed at 500 meters above sea level in a hilly position the holiday house is fully immersed in seven hectares of olive groves and woods of beech,chestnut and oak trees ; here one can enjoy a cool climate,even in full summer,and a nice and relaxing nature .Thick woods stretch all around the holiday house where one can take a beautiful walk or a horse ride under the good guidance of the trainers who have created here an important equestrian center with eight horses at guest’s disposal .

Elisa and Vieri ,trainers and owners at the same time of the center ,together with Piero, federal trainer, will be at your disposal for taking daily rides along the woody ridges bringing to the Chianti or the Valdarno areas or for one hour of riding school inside the riding grounds standing near the property . The center is recognized by the Italian Federation of Equestrian Tourism as “stopping place” and issues licences. For relaxing lovers a beautiful pool with a panoramic view over the hills stands at short distance from the apartments. For a sporting,exciting and close-to-nature holiday just a few steps from Florence .

The Holiday house

The Holiday house is set at less than one km. from the San Donato center (which is a hamlet of Rignano sull’Arno Village) where you will be able to find several shops and facilities . The Holiday house has been carefully restored from a pre-existent farmhouse dating back to the beginning of the XIX century and consists of two apartments facing a nice courtyard made in a typical tuscan style from which one can reach a large panoramic terrace .

Each apartment has got a private open space both for having dinner and for relaxing . At short distance rise the different spaces devoted to the sport activities as the pool,the paddock and the riding grounds .

One roomed flat : 25 sq.meters Suitable for two (in case of need a third bed can be added) it is composed of just one room which serves as a livingroom and diningroom at the same time with a kitchenette on one side and a two sleeps mezzanine on the other side . At the end of the room open a nice bathroom with shower .

Three roomed flat : 40 sq.meters . A large room at the entrance serves both as livingroom and diningroom with a kitchen at the end . A short flight leads to a double bedroom ( with a third bed in case of need) . Small livingroom with a bed place. One bathroom with shower . Max 5 sleeps .
