The Place

The apartment is set in Florence in via Ponte alle Mosse at the corner with the Piazzale di Porta al Prato . Very close to the Railways Station Santa Maria Novella,to the Da Basso Fortress , seat of numerous exhibitions and cultural events as the “handicraft exhibition” and to the Leopolda Station ,seat itself of fashion and art events . The location is, more , ideal for reaching the Borgo Ognissanti neighbourhood and the Comunale Theatre .

The road is well served by numerous shops and restaurants and ,at short distance,lies a well stocked Esselunga Supermarket . Just in front of the apartment is the bus stop of numerous city lines bringing directly to the center or to the Railways Station . From the apartment it’s easy to reach on foot the Cascine Park ,a green oasis where take beautiful walks along the avenues that skirt the Arno river . At the Park ,on Tuesday,takes place a big local market where it’ possible to find everything and something more .

The apartment

Placed on the third floor (no elevator) of a small building at 2 minutes walking distance from the Porta al Prato square . It is a two roomed flat well furnished and decorated with all comforts. Elegant and very cosy . It is such formed : Entrance leading to a large room shared in two spaces : sleeping area with a double sofa bed and dining area with kitchenette and dining table .

From the room a staircase leads to a double bedroom with writing table, with next a storage usable as dressing room . In the bedroom open a small terrace with a view over the roofs . The bathroom with shower ,spacious and modern, open near the entrance . The apartment is about 55 sq.meters large and accommodates up to 4 people .
