Location
The apartment is placed right in Florence Centre at 200 meters from Piazza Santa Croce,in the historical,full of life neighbourhood, with its narrow roads,wonderful renaissance palaces and wide stretches hardly showing beautiful gardens and courtyards . One of these small roads,a bit hidden,is Via della Rosa,placed about halfway,between the touristic area of Piazza Santa Croce and the ancient neighbourhood of Sant’Ambrogio and flea market .
The apartment
Cosy and comfortable is set on the 2nd floor of an old building. Brick arches and wooden beams are evidence of an ancient building,but interiors and furnishing have been created for a modern and comfortable stay . At the entrance you get in a wide two windows living-room with a dining table and a sofa bed . A full equipped small kitchen stands near the living-room and, passing through a corridor, you get in a well furnished double-bedroom with, next, a bathroom with shower and a small storage. The apartment is about 50 sq.meters large and accommodates 2+2 bed places .
