The place

The apartment is set in the north side of Florence in Via Romagnosi near Leopoldo Square , on the way that from the Da Basso Fortress brings towards Careggi,important hospital and university pole .

It is a residential area made of buildings early twentieth-century dated,well served with shops, supermarkets and all kind of facilities and public transportations both towards the city center and to the Careggi and Dalmazia square area . From Via Vittorio Emanuele,that runs parallel to Via Romagnosi,it’s possibile to go for very beautiful walks along the ridge bringing to the “Cappuccini” and to “Montughi” and ,through the Bolognese road, even to San Domenico of Fiesole.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe,with gardens and parking areas : ideal for a stay close to the city but without the inconveniences of traffic and confusion typical of the most central parts of the town .

The apartment consists of one double bedroom (two single beds on request) and a kitchen-dinette with dining table and a sofa which can be used as a third bed in case of need . The apartment is about 40 sq.meters large and accommodates two .
