The apartment is set in Via dei Pilastri a central road between the Sant’Ambrogio market and San Marco Square : from here it’s possible to reach on foot the neighbourhood Santa Croce and the historical center . Numerous university faculties are set nearby as well as some important museums and historical palaces as the San Marco museum ,the Marucelliana library,the Accademia,the Medici-Riccardi Palace and the SS.Annunziata church .

The area is well served by shops and all kind of services and restaurants . Along the Pilastri road runs the electric bus (C Line) which brings to the city center every 10 minutes . In San Marco square stop many other bus lines towards the various city neighbourhoods and the hinterland as Fiesole . Placed on the third floor (without elevator) of an ancient building ,the apartment is well furnished and decorated and provided with all comforts . It consists of a livingroom with dining table and double sofa bed next to a fully equipped kitchenette . Double bedroom with private bathroom and one two single beds bedroom with independent small bathroom . Small storage . The apartment is about 80 sq.meters wide and accommodates 4 people +2 in sofa bed .
