The place

The Residence is set at the beginning of Chianti Classico area ( Impruneta Village) along the Cassia road connecting Florence and the hills of San Casciano ValdiPesa village . The Residence is placed in a hilly position and immersed in the green of a large estate about 8 hectares wide, where it’s possible to have trekking and take beautiful walks .

The Residence has been recently restored from a preexistent structure which was once, in its central part, a sighting tower because of its strategic position which was able to overlook the Greve valley . The Residence is about 5 km. far from Florence and 2 km. from the Exit Certosa of the A.1 Motorway and from the Freeway to Siena . At less than 5 minutes of walking distance is set the Village Tavarnuzze , a populous small town with all sort of shops and services . Close to the Residence stops the bus # 37 which brings to the centre of Florence every 15 minutes in less than half an hour .

The place is ideal too for visiting Siena and all the Chianti area reachable in half an hour by car . The Residence Placed on the top of a hill overlooking the Greve valley The Residence is a cool place because of the confluence of the winds coming along the valley .

The structure is varied and particular : paths,small stairs,wide stretches,gardens and patios on different levels mark out the house which is formed of 9 apartments set on three levels : 3 at the groundfloor,2 at the first floor and 4 at the second floor . In the upper side of the property open a large pool with its garden and barbecue area : here you can enjoy a wonderful panorama and have a perfect relaxing .
