Location

The Villa is placed on Montespertoli hills, just at 1,5 km. from the village . Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards The Villa is immersed in the green of a park which encircles it completely,giving the place a special charme . Inside the totally fenced park a wonderful and spacious pool overlooks the hills around, with the view,on the horizon, of the town which is famous for its excellent wine and gastronomic specialities .

The place stands near Florence reachable in about 30 minutes by car. The closeness to the freeways to Pisa and Siena allows visitors to take rapid trips towards the two famous tuscan towns as well as to the Chianti and Valdelsa areas . The hospitality of the owners, that speak english, is so thoughtful as to make unforgettable your stay in Tuscany .

The Villa

Immersed in the coolness of a shady park,the Villa has its private garden with a porch outside where to have dinner and enjoy a perfect relaxing . From the garden you can go down to the pool (Mt. 11 x 5 x 1,6 ) where there are ,sideways,a picnic bower,barbecue,shower stall and changing room with w.c . Entering the Villa you find a large livingroom with typical ancient fireplace; the livingroom,lit up by high windows, also has a dining-room and one sofa bed . From the livingroom,through a wooden staircase, you enter a double bed-room ( two single beds on request) and ,at groundfloor, open another double bedroom with private bathroom+shower, one common bathroom with shower and a full equipped kitchenette directly facing the porch with a dining table . The Villa is about 115 mtrs. and has 4+2 sleeps with two bathrooms with shower .
